Our property consists of around 20 acres beach front, most of which is a nature preserve of sand dunes and sand stone formations ("Falésias"). The original house was built in the early 1980's, but the place has been mostly vacant during the past decade and the main house had deteriorated beyond repair. We have over the past few years done extensive restoration work to the terrain and built a completely new main house that should last for many more years.
The name Rosa dos Ventos was given by the previous owners and translates to Rose of the Winds, also meaning compass rose. It's a fitting name due to the location by the sea and the everlasting breeze.

We were introduced to the property by our realtor and we fell in love

We signed the papers and the property is ours!
June 2023
We start doing emergency repairs and work on plans for modernization
September 2024
We get the building permit to start construction of a new house

Construction work starts on the new house

The new house will be ready for move-in
